I bring diverse practices from over fifteen years of experience in health and wellbeing fields, first as an intensive care unit nurse, then as a crisis advocate, a community health educator, and as a licensed professional counselor. Now, as a healer and guide, I assist you in letting go of unwanted experiences, beliefs and pain, and guide you towards self-empowerment and living your authentic gifts and talents.
My own authentic gifts and talents have always been to assist others in expressing their feelings, traumas, dreams, true selves; connecting mind, heart and soul.
What might you want to know? I have walked this path. I experienced multiple significant personal traumas; kept going when I wanted to quit and always believed in the light at the end of the tunnel. That light is brighter than I even expected. I have, as a client and practitioner, tried many of the traditional approaches to healing and have added alternative methods as I discovered their unique ability to transform root causes of suffering. I find that the blending of both has allowed me to know who I am, to know my purpose and to feel stronger and more empowered than ever.
“This is why I’m doing what I’m doing. I know it is possible! I wish this for you too.”
